Suppliers
of technical products and services often assume their customers
have the knowledge and skills to take their sample and product
data sheet and turn them into a finished cosmetic product.
It seems this is not the case.
A recent survey
in the Asia region showed that more than 40% of formulators
in the cosmetic manufacturing industry want formulation
support from their ingredient suppliers. Another 25% mentioned
that ideas for innovation were also a requirement.
